Locus was appointed to undertake Development management for the Nanchang Development. The scope was to undertake a Feasibility study, develop a business case and procure funding for the development.
The development consists of 1 block of Offices and 1 block of Residential Apartments both towering 13 floors. The 13th floor will have a bar, restaurant, swimming pool and a health club with Steam & Sauna facilities. The Office Tower will have commercial spaces on the ground to 2nd floor. The salable office spaces will be 95,692 sq Ft while the commercial spaces available for sale will be 29,031 sq Ft. The residential block will have 40 No. 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. The Building will have two basements with a total of 355 parking bays; 280 for the office users and 75 for the residential apartments.
