Locus was contracted by 316 Upperhill chambers to undertake Operations Readiness Activation and Transition (ORAT) for the building and simultaneously act as project delivery managers for various large scale fit out works for the following entitles; LAPFund, Letshego, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, NTSA offices and banking hall, Allan Bobbes Bistro and Private Penthouses on the top floor.
