As part of the developer’s multi-phased development of the Landmark resort, the Aberdare spa & safari lodge comprises 35 villas, Bars & restaurant, and a state-of-the-art spa with indoor pool, Ice skating link, 5-aside soccer pitch, a nightclub and a tennis court. Locus was mandated with preparing the feasibility study, developing the business case and structuring the fractional ownership structure for the hotel villas for sale.
