Our Projects

Locus was mandated by Urithika Limited to review the feasibility and marketability of an already designed and approved multifamily apartment block in Thika. Our role involved a full redesign and market driven approach to make the project a landmark residential development in Thika town. Locus was also mandated to obtain funding and manage the implementation of the project.
