Our Projects

By the time of our appointment the project was well into the construction phase. Our mandate as development and project managers was to evaluate the Business Case and manage the delivery of the project. Our recommendations involved the redesign and a new thematic approach in order to establish the project as a regional retail, business and entertainment destination. Upon completion, Vantage Square will total approximately 31,000 Sq.M. (Gross Built Area) of quality retail, residential and hotel accommodation zones within the galleried development. Phase one will comprise of the retail 4,900 Sq Ft and 90 hotel apartments while the 70-room boutique hotel will be completed in phase two.
