This 70-room boutique hotel in Kisumu was already on site and late on delivery by the time of our appointment. Our mandate was to turnaround the project and deliver the project in the shortest time. Locus in collaboration with the Development team was successful in delivering the project to the developer within the set timelines and the hotel began operations in the peak holiday season in Kisumu
